Your Day‑to‑day Will Include:
- Leading and developing the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed used vehicle sales targets.
- Maximising profitability through finance, insurance, and associated product sales, ensuring every opportunity is realized.
- Delivering an exceptional customer journey — from first enquiry to handover — reflecting the JCT600 standard of excellence.
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to ensure your team is fully equipped to deliver both performance and compliance.
- Monitoring all sales activity, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to FCA and brand standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience and success in the motor industry as a sales executive, sales manager, business manager, or showroom manager.
- Strong understanding of finance and insurance products, with experience ensuring compliance and profitability.
- A customer‑centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
