As a Warranty Administrator, you will administer all agreed warranty claims ensuring all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with vehicle warranty procedures.

Your Day To Day Will Include:

  • Submitting accurate, compliant, and profitable warranty and goodwill claims.
  • Reviewing job cards and documentation to ensure claims meet Brand and Company standards.
  • Managing warranty parts returns and maintaining precise claim records.
  • Supporting warranty reporting and helping resolve any discrepancies.
  • Consistently meeting audit standards through attention to detail and teamwork.

What We Are Looking For as a Warranty Administrator:

  • Proven experience in the automotive trade.
  • A customer-focused mindset, always aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a logical, organised approach to work.
  • Confident using databases – ideally with Kerridge experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The confidence to be assertive when needed.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
