You’ll be at the forefront of our dealership, using your passion for sales to deliver exceptional results while providing an outstanding customer experience. This is a fast‑paced, target‑driven role where your ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close deals will directly contribute to your success — and your earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers in the showroom, identifying sales opportunities and understanding their needs.
  • Present vehicles confidently and conduct engaging test drives to showcase features and benefits.
  • Deliver persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Follow up leads, manage your pipeline effectively, and maximise every sales opportunity.
  • Ensure each customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard.
