Ferrari Leeds is entering an ambitious phase of growth — and we are seeking an exceptional Pre-Owned Manager to lead and significantly expand our Ferrari Approved business across the UK market over the next 24 months. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the very pinnacle of luxury automotive retail, representing one of the most iconic brands in the world, within JCT600 — one of the UK’s most respected automotive groups and recognised as a great place to work.

The Opportunity

This is not a reactive stock management position. A core element of the role will be the proactive acquisition of high-quality Ferrari Pre-Owned stock to fuel our ambitious growth strategy. You will identify, negotiate and secure the right cars, at the right time, at the right margin — building strong national relationships with collectors, clients, and industry contacts. Alongside acquisition, you will:

  • Lead and grow the Ferrari Leeds pre-owned operation
  • Deliver revenue, margin and stock turn objectives
  • Drive disciplined pricing and inventory management
  • Implement best-in-class processes across appraisal, preparation and sale
  • Provide insight into UK luxury market dynamics and competitor activity
  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
