Today it hosts Aston Martin Leeds, Bentley Leeds and Rolls‑Royce Motor Cars Leeds, positioning three of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands under one roof.

You will act as a hands‑on leadership presence, engaging directly with managers and teams, driving performance, maintaining accountability and ensuring the business runs smoothly each day.

The role demands a highly organised, commercially aware and operationally strong leader with strong engagement, communication and attention to detail.

You will hold people accountable, make decisions, and ensure agreed actions are delivered.

  • Proven track record of driving performance across both sales and aftersales, with a strategic and performance‑driven leadership approach.
  • Strategic and commercial acumen, ability to interpret data, manage budgets and shape long‑term growth through change.
  • Visible, people‑first leadership, inspiring and developing high‑performing teams while maintaining presence with customers and colleagues.
  • Resilience, humility and a collaborative mindset, leading with professionalism and customer focus that reflects JCT600’s high standards.

  • Colleague car purchase scheme & servicing discounts.
  • Cycle‑to‑work and discounted gym schemes.
  • Referral scheme up to £1,000.
