Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Leading and developing the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets. Maximising profitability through finance, insurance, and associated product sales, ensuring every opportunity is realised. Delivering an exceptional customer journey — from first enquiry to handover — reflecting the JCT600 standard of excellence. Providing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to ensure your team is fully equipped to deliver both performance and compliance. Monitoring all sales activity, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to FCA and brand standards. What We’re Looking For Proven experience and success in the Motor industry as a sales executive, sales manager, business manager, or showroom manager. Strong understanding of finance and insurance products, with experience ensuring compliance and profitability. A customer‑centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
