This is a significant senior leadership role â suited to an established Head of Business with a proven ability in strategic direction, operational excellence and people leadership, capable of inspiring a highâperforming, multiâdisciplined team across both sales and aftersales.
As Head of Business, you will lead Volkswagen Hull with a handsâon yet strategic approach â fully engaged in dayâtoâday operations while setting the vision for longâterm growth. Collaboration is central to the role. You will work seamlessly with support teams, other Heads of Business, and the wider JCT600 division to ensure alignment, shared success, and consistent delivery of exceptional results.

- Significant senior leadership experience within the automotive industry, ideally with a prestige or luxury brand.
- A proven track record of driving performance across both sales and aftersales, with a leadership approach that is strategic, visible, and performanceâdriven.
- Strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and shape longâterm growth through change.
