You will be the trusted point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle servicing journey, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination between customers and the workshop team. Your role is key to building long-lasting customer relationships by managing expectations and delivering excellent service every step of the way.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Scheduling and managing vehicle service appointments and repairs.
