As the Front of House Manager at our new VW/Skoda Dealership in Doncaster, you will lead, manage and develop the Front of House operation, achieving the budgeted financial and operational objectives whilst ensuring the highest level of customer experience at all times. Assisting both the Aftersales Manager and Head of Business, you will maintain standards whilst building outstanding relationships with the Brand.
Your day-to-day as a Front of House Manager will include:
- Leading, coaching, developing, and managing the Front of House team to elevate their performance and behaviours whilst delivering results.
- Ensuring the appropriate resource management to deliver the highest level of customer experience.
- Assisting the Aftersales Manager in developing and implementing both the customer and colleague journey, ensuring all are treated fairly and equitably.
- Conducting regular customer journey reviews with the team to develop and enhance the experience delivered to our customers.
- Ensuring that all Brand standards are adhered to at all times.
- Maximising profit through the sale of additional work, products and services.
- Resolving any customer complaints to ensure a fair and equitable resolution, ensuring the root cause is identified and solutions implemented to minimise chance of recurrence.
