Salary: Competitive plus bonus

Within this role you will support the Key Account Managers and Fleet Manager in delivering a robust, efficient service by handling product enquiries accurately and on time, processing new vehicle orders and finance applications in line with compliance requirements. Key to this role will be to build strong customer relationships whilst ensuring high standards of account support to help grow and develop key accounts.

Your Day To Day Will Include:

  • Manage daily communications with customers across email, phone and customer portals.
  • Driving profitability through retention and customer satisfaction, delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Managing all inbound enquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with both internal and FCA standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure retention.
  • Provide up-to-date product, marketing, and pricing information.
  • Assist with email management and quotations during peak times.
