Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer experiences that exceed expectations, guided by clear Brand and JCT600 quality measures.
- Take ownership of daily service booking approvals, helping ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Work closely with technical teams, arranging calls for diagnostic bookings to support accurate fault resolution.
- Lead the initiation of Brand and JCT600 diagnostic documentation, contributing to a high-quality service process.
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to confirm parts availability for all scheduled bookings.
- Help keep customers moving by maintaining accurate updates of the C2/loan vehicle fleet.
- Take pride in precision, achieving 100% accuracy in all administrative activities.
- Demonstrate excellence with a 100% pass rate in Brand tests and audits.
- Ensure reliable performance insights through complete and accurate data collection.
- Communicate professionally and confidently via phone and email, representing JCT600 with clarity and care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an automotive customer support role (preferable).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a busy environment.
