As a Service Administrator your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering customer experiences that exceed expectations, guided by clear Brand and JCT600 quality measures.
- Taking ownership of daily service booking approvals, helping ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Collaborating with the Parts Department to confirm parts availability for all scheduled bookings.
- Taking pride in precision, achieving 100% accuracy in all administrative activities.
- Communicating professionally and confidently via phone and email, representing JCT600 with clarity and care.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an automotive customer support role (preferable).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a busy environment.
