Part Time - 24 hours per week - Flexible on days Mon-Fri & hours between 8am - 6pm

Based at our dynamic Customer Service Centre in Chesterfield, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their enquiries and turning conversations into bookings and aftersales opportunities. You’ll receive full on‑the‑job training and support from an experienced advisor to help you succeed.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone providing friendly professional assistance.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding individual needs and identifying appropriate products and services.
  • Making and converting bookings, promoting aftersales products, and highlighting the importance of keeping vehicles maintained in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Providing accurate information and advice in line with duty of care and compliance standards.
  • Updating and maintaining customer records, ensuring all data is accurate and GDPR compliant.
