At our contact centre in Chesterfield, part of the JCT600 family, we don’t just sell cars – we deliver experiences. As a Customer Experience Executive, you’ll be the person who makes each handover unforgettable, ensuring each interaction is seamless, professional and memorable.
Your Day-to-day Will Include:
- Guiding customers through their post-sale journey with clear communication and support from purchase through to handover.
- Overseeing vehicle preparation and documentation, ensuring everything is ready to the highest standard.
- Delivering smooth, seamless handovers and encouraging customer feedback through reviews.
