Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
JCT600 is recruiting for an experienced prestige Sales Manager to lead our multi-brand operation covering used BMW, MINI, Audi, along with new and used Lotus and Maserati. This role is suited to a proven operator who excels in the prestige used-car environment and is confident managing the demands of multiple brands simultaneously. The role requires an established manager with strong used-car expertise, excellent commercial judgement and the ability to drive performance through a motivated and well-coached team.
About You
- A strong track record as an established Sales Manager within a main dealer environment, ideally with prestige or performance brands.
- Extensive experience in used-car retailing, with the commercial insight needed to drive profitability across a complex, fast-moving stock profile.
- The ability to confidently lead, motivate and inspire a team to deliver consistently high performance and exceptional customer standards.
- The organisational capability and calm operational discipline required to juggle multiple brands, processes and priorities simultaneously.
- A customer-first mindset, with an uncompromising commitment to premium presentation, service and behaviour.
- Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and a modern approach to retailing, including an understanding of digital and e-commerce channels.
- A professional presence that reflects the standards of the JCT600 brand and the prestige marques represented.
