This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your ability to lead, influence, and deliver results will shape both the success of your team and the satisfaction of our customers.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading and developing the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed used vehicle sales targets.
- Maximising profitability through finance, insurance, and associated product sales, ensuring every opportunity is realised.
- Delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry to handover reflecting the JCT600 standard of excellence.
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to ensure your team is fully equipped to deliver both performance and compliance.
- Monitoring all sales activity, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to FCA and brand standards.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience and success in the Motor industry as a sales executive, sales manager, business manager, or showroom manager.
- Strong understanding of finance and insurance products, with experience ensuring compliance and profitability.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
