Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Completing the Brand Parts Apprentice qualification.
  • Learning and developing all skills to become an excellent Parts Advisor.
  • Creating a better than average customer experience.
  • Ensuring all studies and coursework deadlines are met.
  • Correctly identifying and timely ordering parts.
  • Updating parts and customer records accurately.
  • Applying the correct discount in line with company policy.
  • Ensuring any payment received for parts is correct and handled per company policy.
  • Attending all brand modules of the Parts Apprentice programme, ensuring full commitment and dedication.
  • Completing 4 weekly training blocks at the Milton Keynes training centre over a 12‑month period.

Qualifications

To qualify for the programme you must have or be working towards GCSE grade 3 or above in Maths, English and one other subject. Conditional offers may be made on the provision that these grades are obtained by the summer of 2026.
