JCT600 Ltd is seeking a General Service Manager to lead a large aftersales operation with a 25 bay workshop and around 20 technicians.
You will own the department’s performance, profitability and customer experience, driving productivity and staff development.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Business to maximise workshop capacity, maintain brand standards, and foster strong relationships with manufacturer partners while delivering measurable improvements in service quality and efficiency.
