JCS Interiors are Drylining, Suspended Ceiling and SFS specialists, working with partners across England delivering a variety of high-quality projects in various areas including commercial, residential, hospitals and secure hospitals. Most recently we have worked on North View Secure Unit, DWP Blackpool King Street and New Victoria, Manchester. We are currently working on a project at Shrewsbury Hospital, delivering the SFS and Drylining Package and we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Manager on site.
The Role
- Overseeing every aspect of the project
- Adhering to timelines within the site projects which affect the budgets
- Managing the day-to-day running of the site to include managing direct labour and subbies
- Prioritising deliveries on site safely and in a timely fashion
- Adhering to and enforcing all aspects of Health & Safety on Site
Qualifications
- First Aid at work
- Strong Communicator on site and with main contractor
- Ability to lead the team to deliver the project on time and within budget
- Experience of working with and managing build programs in a professional manner
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and regulations
