As a Cashier, you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience, including:

  • Maintaining checkout standards
  • Assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory
  • Upholding performance standards related to shrink, safety, and role-specific goals

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, provide excellent service, demonstrate WORTH behaviours, support additional team members, engage actively with customers, resolve problems, and promote programmes like Findmore to drive sales.
  • Checkout Standards: Complete checkout processes, including returns and re-ticketing, support signing and merchandising at checkouts, stock impulse fixtures, and utilise POS systems like Mobile Warrior for line management.
  • General Operations: Assist with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put-backs, fitting room maintenance, and participate in annual inventory processes.
  • Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives, meet performance standards related to sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance, including the iCAP programme.
