Cashier - Deptford Mall

As a Cashier, you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience, including:

• Maintaining checkout standards
• Assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory
• Upholding performance standards related to shrink, safety, and role-specific goals

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, provide excellent service, demonstrate WORTH behaviors, support additional team members, engage actively with customers, resolve problems, and promote programs like Findmore to drive sales.
2. Checkout Standards: Complete checkout processes, including returns and re-ticketing, support signing and merchandising at checkouts, stock impulse fixtures, and utilize POS systems like Mobile Warrior for line management.
3. General Operations: Assist with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put-backs, fitting room maintenance, and participate in annual inventory processes.
4. Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives, meet performance standards related to sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance, including the iCAP program.
