Are you a Solicitor with up to two years' post-qualification experience with a passion for helping individuals who have suffered as a result of medical negligence? We are looking for a proactive, supportive and sensitive Associate Solicitor to join our highly regarded Medical Negligence team. About the Role
- Manage your own caseload of medical negligence matters under supervision
- Assist on high-value and complex medical negligence claims
- Liaise with clients, experts, counsel and healthcare providers
- Draft legal documents and prepare cases for settlement discussions and court proceedings
- Build strong client relationships and provide clear, empathetic advice throughout the claims process

About You
- Are a qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years PQE
- Have experience in medical negligence, personal injury or litigation gained through training contracts, previous roles or work placements
- Possess strong communication and client care skills
- Are organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrate attention to detail and excellent drafting abilities
