Are you a Solicitor with up to two years' post-qualification experience with a passion for helping individuals who have suffered as a result of medical negligence? We are looking for a proactive, supportive and sensitive Associate Solicitor to join our highly regarded Medical Negligence team. About the Role

  • Manage your own caseload of medical negligence matters under supervision
  • Assist on high-value and complex medical negligence claims
  • Liaise with clients, experts, counsel and healthcare providers
  • Draft legal documents and prepare cases for settlement discussions and court proceedings
  • Build strong client relationships and provide clear, empathetic advice throughout the claims process
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.

About You

  • Are a qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years PQE
  • Have experience in medical negligence, personal injury or litigation gained through training contracts, previous roles or work placements
  • Possess strong communication and client care skills
  • Are organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and excellent drafting abilities
