The Pears Special Resource Provision at JCo SS is searching for a dedicated HLTA (Learning Coach) to support autistic and mainstream students in maximizing their academic, social, and personal potential.
The role involves working with PSRP teachers to integrate students into mainstream classes and providing tailored coaching and interventions.
This impactful position requires a candidate with a HLTA qualification or a minimum of 2 years of LSA experience and a passion for supporting SEND needs, alongside excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping young people succeed.
