JCO Healthcare is delighted to be partnering with a growing care provider to appoint a Commissioning Home Manager for an exceptional new luxury care home development in the West Midlands. This is a rare opportunity to lead the launch of a purpose-built, privately funded residential and nursing home and play a pivotal role in shaping the service from day one.

As Commissioning Home Manager, you will be responsible for the successful pre-opening and launch of the home, including recruitment, occupancy development, community engagement, team culture, operational readiness and achieving excellent care standards.

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Current or previous Home Manager experience within elderly care
  • A strong track record of achieving and maintaining successful regulatory outcomes
  • Commissioning experience, or a genuine passion for launching new services
  • Experience driving occupancy growth and developing local referral relationships
  • Strong leadership, commercial awareness and people management skills
  • Nursing qualification desirable but not essential
