This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-quality, resident-focused service where clinical excellence, exceptional customer experience, and strong leadership are at the heart of everything they do.
The Opportunity
As the CSM, you will provide visible clinical leadership across the service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding person-centred care whilst supporting, developing and inspiring your care team.
You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, driving quality standards, overseeing clinical governance, and ensuring residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the clinical and care teams.
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered.
- Oversee medication management, care planning and clinical audits.
- Lead on safeguarding, incidents, complaints and regulatory compliance.
- Support occupancy through resident assessments and admissions.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent CQC standards.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
- Previous leadership experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
