The Opportunity We’re looking for a strong, engaging Home Manager who can provide visible leadership, maintain high standards of care and continue to drive the home forward. You do not need to be nurse-qualified. What’s most important is your experience of successfully leading within an elderly nursing environment, together with a strong understanding of quality, compliance, occupancy and team development.
