The organisation is preparing for growth, with a new home due to be acquired later this year and a further service planned to open in early 2027.
As part of this expansion, the current Registered Manager will transition into a Regional Manager role, creating a planned succession opportunity for the right individual. A long, supportive handover is guaranteed, with the current manager retaining CQC registration until late 2027.
