This is a significant leadership appointment for an experienced operator who understands what excellent care, strong commercial performance and effective leadership look like across a multi‑site care home portfolio.

Who are we looking for? This opportunity is likely to suit an established Operations Director, Regional Operations Director, Head of Operations or highly experienced Regional Manager from within the care home sector. You’ll need to demonstrate a strong track record of leading multiple care services, developing senior operational teams and delivering results across quality, people and commercial performance. Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone with presence and credibility. Someone who can build relationships with Home Managers, challenge appropriately and provide clear leadership across a geographically dispersed portfolio. Experience operating within premium, luxury or high-quality elderly care environments would be particularly attractive.
