Admissions Manager | Newmarket Luxury Care Home | £45,000 + Commission Are you a natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities and making a real difference?
We're looking for an Admissions & Business Development Manager to play a key role in a beautiful care home, helping families find the right care while driving occupancy and building strong relationships within the local community.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming and guiding prospective residents and families through the admissions journey.
- Conducting home tours and converting enquiries into admissions.
- Building relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals and local referral networks.
- Supporting local marketing initiatives and community events.
- Working closely with the Home Manager to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. What we're looking for:
- Experience in sales, admissions, customer relations or business development.
- A warm, personable and professional approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Someone who enjoys being out in the community and developing new connections.
- Care sector experience is helpful but not essential.
