Group Quality, Compliance & Clinical Governance Manager £50,000 - £60,000 DOE Multi-Site | London, Essex & North West England JCO Healthcare is delighted to be supporting an established care home provider with the appointment of a newly created Group Quality, Compliance & Clinical Governance Manager. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced quality and governance professional to influence standards across a growing care group operating five elderly care and nursing services across London, Essex and the North West. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will take ownership of quality, compliance, governance and clinical assurance across the portfolio, whilst providing expert support and challenge to Home Managers and senior leaders. The Role You will: * Lead quality, governance and compliance across multiple care homes * Act as the lead point of contact for CQC and regulatory matters * Oversee safeguarding investigations and serious incident management * Drive clinical governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement programmes * Deliver annual KLOE-aligned inspections across each service * Analyse group-wide performance trends, risks and governance data * Produce Board-level assurance and compliance reporting * Chair clinical governance meetings and quality forums * Conduct monthly KPI and performance reviews with Home Managers * Support services to achieve and maintain Good and Outstanding outcomes * Provide senior clinical leadership across the nursing workforce About You We are keen to hear from: * Regional Quality Managers * Clinical Governance Managers * Regional Clinical Managers * Regional Nurses * Quality & Compliance Managers * Senior Nurse Leaders * Experienced Multi-Site Home Managers with a strong compliance background You will ideally possess: * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding frameworks * NMC Pin * Experience working across multiple care homes * Proven success in quality improvement and governance * Excellent auditing, investigation and reporting skills What's on Offer * Salary £50,000-£60,000 DOE * Significant autonomy and influence * Opportunity to shape quality standards across a growing group Location: Candidates should ideally be located within reasonable access of the London/Essex region, whilst being comfortable travelling to homes across the North West as required.
