JCO Healthcare are proud to be supporting a leading care provider in the appointment of a Regional Manager covering North and Eastern Scotland. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leader to join a well-established organisation with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality elderly care services and investing in its people. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to a portfolio of care homes, ensuring excellent standards of care, regulatory compliance, commercial performance and team engagement across the region.
The Opportunity As Regional Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach and support Home Managers across your portfolio
- Drive high standards of care quality and regulatory compliance
- Improve occupancy levels and overall commercial performance
- Monitor budgets, KPIs and operational effectiveness
- Support recruitment, retention and development of management teams
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and external partners
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service development
About You
- Previous experience as a Peripatetic Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within the care home sector
- Nurse qualification and valid NMC Pin
- Exceptional knowledge of the Care Inspectorate
- A proven track record of improving quality outcomes and operational performance
- Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
- A flexible approach and willingness to travel across North Scotland
- Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) desirable
