About the Role

As Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, financial and quality performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to residents at all times. You will lead by example, inspire your team and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Home Manager within elderly care
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Experience managing budgets and occupancy
  • A passion for delivering outstanding care

Nurse qualification is not essential.
