Regional Operations Manager | Scotland £80,000 – £90,000 NEG/DOE JCO Healthcare are proud to be supporting a leading care provider in the appointment of a Regional Ops Manager covering a portfolio of care homes. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leader to join a well-established organisation with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality elderly care services and investing in its people. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to a portfolio of care homes, ensuring excellent standards of care, regulatory compliance, commercial performance and team engagement across the region. The Opportunity As Regional Manager, you will: * Lead, coach and support Home Managers across your portfolio * Drive high standards of care quality and regulatory compliance * Improve occupancy levels and overall commercial performance * Monitor budgets, KPIs and operational effectiveness * Support recruitment, retention and development of management teams * Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and external partners * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service development About You * Previous experience as a Peripatetic Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within the care home sector * Nurse qualification and valid NMC Pin * Exceptional knowledge of the Care Inspectorate * A proven track record of improving quality outcomes and operational performance * Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills * Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience * A flexible approach and willingness to travel across North Scotland * Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) desirable Package * £80,000 – £90,000 basic salary * Generous annual leave entitlement * Long-term career progression opportunities Interested?
