This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable organisation with a strong local presence, an excellent reputation for quality care, and an established care team already delivering a substantial volume of care hours each week. The branch is performing exceptionally well and is seeking a motivated and commercially aware manager who can continue to drive quality, compliance, growth and staff engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of the domiciliary care service
- Leadership, development and support of the office and care teams
- Maintaining excellent CQC compliance and quality standards
- Building relationships with commissioners, clients and families
- Driving branch growth whilst maintaining outstanding care delivery
- Ensuring effective rota management and operational performance
About You
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or Branch Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Proven leadership and people management skills
