Clinical Deputy Home Manager | Chadwell Heath From £60,000 per annum Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week JCO Healthcare is supporting a well-established care provider in the search for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join the leadership team of a 49-bed nursing home in Chadwell Heath. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious clinical leader looking to progress their career within a quality-focused organisation committed to delivering exceptional standards of care. The Opportunity Working closely with the Home Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the service, supporting clinical governance, team development, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of resident care while creating a positive and supportive environment for staff and residents alike. Key Responsibilities * Support the overall management and operation of the service * Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams * Promote high standards of person-centred care and resident wellbeing * Oversee care planning, risk assessments and clinical governance processes * Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance activities * Lead audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives * Assist with recruitment, supervision, training and staff development * Support occupancy, staffing and rota management * Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals * Assume responsibility for the service in the Home Manager's absence About You * NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid PIN * Experience as a Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or Deputy Manager within a nursing home environment * Strong understanding of CQC requirements and clinical governance * Passionate about delivering outstanding care and resident outcomes * Confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organised, proactive and capable of leading by example Package * Salary from £60,000 * Senior leadership opportunity within an established care organisation * Supportive and collaborative working environment * Ongoing professional development opportunities * Opportunity to progress within a growing group For a confidential discussion, contact: Neil Horwood | Owner & Director | JCO Healthcare About JCO Healthcare JCO Healthcare advertises roles on behalf of our clients.
