Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 | 40-hours per week
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Manager or Home Manager to join a well‑established nursing home in Purley, with a clear, structured pathway into becoming the future CQC Registered Manager.
This is a busy, clinically complex nursing service with a strong palliative care focus, a stable nursing team, and an exceptionally experienced leadership structure. The organisation is preparing for growth, with a new home due to be acquired later this year and a further service planned to open in early 2027.
As part of this expansion, the current Registered Manager will transition into a Regional Manager role, creating a planned succession opportunity for the right individual. A long, supportive handover is guaranteed, with the current manager retaining CQC registration until late 2027.

- CIPD or strong HR capability advantageous
