Poundbury Pharmacy is looking for a qualified pharmacy dispenser for their branch in Guildhall Walk. You will have NVQ2 or similar. This is a varied role in an independent community pharmacy. Fixed work pattern: Tuesday - Friday 9:00-17:30 (32 hours a week).
Responsibilities:
- Customer service; providing advice on medicines and minor ailments.
- All aspects of prescription processing; requesting prescriptions, dispensing, assisting with stock control, arranging delivery.
- Providing pharmacy services e.g. blood pressure, diabetes testing, etc. after training.
- Assisting with admin duties.
- Helping to uphold the clean & tidy standards of the store.
- Following all pharmacy regulations.
- Cover occasional extra shift.
Starting at £12.95-£13.60 per hour, depending on qualifications & experience. Full-time, Permanent.
