Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer with experience in the London Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) sector? A long-established, specialist recruitment agency is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join their team from home. With decades of expertise in the built environment and a strong reputation in the M&E space, the business offers an excellent platform for recruiters who want autonomy, support, and the chance to grow something of their own.

The Role

  • Working M&E roles - temporary and/or permanent placements
  • Strengthening existing client relationships
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, placing, and aftercare
  • Working collaboratively with a close-knit, supportive Manager
  • Fully remote - we would also consider part time.

You’ll Need

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or resourcer with MEP sector
  • A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a passion for building long-term client relationships
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Confident communication and negotiation abilities
