JCK Search are currently working to recruit a Mechanical Site Manager to join our clients well-established team. With over 40 years of experience in the commercial fit out sector, they've built a strong reputation in the industry. This role will be site based in either Liverpool Street or Canary Wharf with a primary focus on delivering projects on time. Duties:

  • Providing leadership and energy.
  • Ensuring the Mechanical works run to strict programme.
  • Maintaining strict quality control procedures.
  • Lead regular site meetings with all interested parties.
  • Report on site progress to project manager.
  • Managing sub-contractors to maintain programme targets.
  • Assist with commissioning and handover.
  • Review of the scope of works, produce RAMS documents where required.
  • Conducting regular site safety checks.
  • Being proactive in the identification and resolution of problems.
