Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specialising in HVAC and ductwork projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, financial management, and contract administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC and ductwork projects.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and validate quantities.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage contracts, variations, and claims.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best value.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically in HVAC and ductwork.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, CostX, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
