Join to apply for the QA Officer Hybrid role at JCH Interactive Coaching Quality Assurance Officer Salary: £40,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM) Annual Leave: 24 days plus bank holidays The QA Executive will support the QA Manager with all day-to-day aspects of quality assurance, ensuring high levels of GDP compliance across all departments. This role requires regular interaction with Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Service, Sales, and Procurement teams. Key Responsibilities Self-Inspections & Audits: Carrying out self-inspections of various departments and activities; Assisting with audits of external service providers and suppliers; Supporting audits hosted by clients and inspections by regulatory authorities. Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Preparing reports for six-monthly GDP Management Reviews, including trend analysis; Performing bona fide checks on new and existing suppliers and clients. Training & Staff Development: Training staff on SOPs and GDP compliance; Keeping the company updated on changes in GDP and GMP regulations. Complaint & CAPA Management: Investigating customer and supplier complaints or deviations; Overseeing CAPA tracking, implementation, and verification of effectiveness post-implementation. Regulatory Tasks: Preparing and submitting WDA variations, renewals, and additional authorisations; Handling Home Office CD import/export permits and MHRA notifications; Monitoring NCA updates on recalls, licences, and regulatory restrictions. Validation & Risk Management: Coordinating transport route validations and temperature-control packaging validations; Conducting risk assessment reviews and resolving quality queries with suppliers. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Supporting the development of the company by working collaboratively across teams. Essential Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of GDP, with experience in exports. Basic understanding of GMP. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build strong internal and external relationships. Desirable Qualifications & Skills Proactive problem-solving and organisational skills.
