This role plays a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly while improving how it operates. You’ll coordinate daily activities, work with systems and data, and help identify smarter, more efficient ways of working. Alongside hands-on experience, you’ll develop skills in performance analysis, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration - building a strong foundation for a career in logistics or supply chain.
What you'll be doing...
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, and stock movements
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in warehouse systems (e.g. SAP/WMS)
- Support resolution of operational issues to keep workflows running efficiently
- Act as a key user of warehouse systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Produce reports and track key performance metrics such as stock accuracy and productivity
- Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Identify and support improvements to warehouse processes, efficiency, and accuracy
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
- Collaborate with teams across Operations, Purchasing, and Fleet
