Responsible for the optimisation and management of client specific campaigns ensuring JCDecaux standards are followed and individual client requirements are met. You work with Specialists, Partners and Internal Stakeholders ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from financial reconciliation to digital copy deployment, all tailored to individual brands' requirements.

The Campaign Manager is responsible for:

  • Proactively handling clients' campaigns delivering amazing service tailored to the individual brands' needs.
  • Running client bookings across multiple applications and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Managing your own key client campaigns as well as working with your team on all other campaigns.
  • Maintaining high attention to detail to provide accurate project management, administration and campaign reporting.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by handling varying client requests.
  • Proactively identifying and prioritising any issues with campaigns and offering alternatives for different client requirements.
  • Working with sales, trading, production houses (both internal and external), specialists, agencies and direct clients.
  • Liaising with operations, print production, finance and other partners to handle the full campaign lifecycle.
  • Providing creative and posting instructions for our paper estate for both the print production and operations teams.
  • Project managing to ensure clients' requests are adhered to and reported.
  • Using internal content management system to moderate and deploy content, ensuring it is compatible with the environment and assets booked.
  • Financial reconciliation where required.
  • Troubleshooting to ensure digital campaigns are compliant.
  • Training, supporting and empowering other members of the team, sharing both knowledge and experience.

  • Strong numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using multiple systems in conjunction with each other.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of both working alone and in a team to support colleagues, share information and improve on standard processes.
  • The ability to use your initiative and a confident approach to decision making.
