What you'll be doing...
- Work within strict time limits to option advertising space
- Book campaigns on our systems and deal with any related issues
- Work closely with others to ensure smooth running of campaigns
- Develop competency with bespoke company database system
- Provide rapid response to enquiries and requests from customers
- Work with your team to produce presentations and provide after sales service
- Take charge of corporate entertainment plans
- Build a knowledge of company products and services and their benefits
- Work with other team members to ensure phones are covered
- Focus efforts and time on the development and performance of the regional retail business
- Support the diversification of the customer base across multiple agencies and Specialists
- Act as the two-way conduit for marketplace insight between agencies and specialist teams

- Previous experience working in a similar campaign or deadline driven environment would be an advantage

- Organisational and administrative skills
- Strong numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft packages with an intermediate skill set in Excel
Qualifications and Experience
- Ideally with some experience in media (and preferably digital and OOH media)
- Previous experience using CRM systems to input data and produce reports would be an advantage
- Track record of performing as a key contributor within high performing teams
- Aptitude and desire to develop an understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market or the needs/challenges of assigned accounts
- Demonstrable capability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraints
- Numerate and articulate
