As Account Director, Programmatic Demand at JCDecaux, your primary focus will be to grow programmatic Digital Out of Home (pDOOH) revenue through direct relationships with demand-side platforms (DSPs). You will own a portfolio of DSP partners, build commercial relationships and turn engagement into revenue. This is a hands-on commercial role within our Programmatic team, working closely with the Head of Programmatic Demand. You will develop partner growth plans, identify new opportunities and help DSP sales and trading teams make JCDecaux part of their clients’ media plans.

Success means delivering against revenue targets, growing demand across your DSP portfolio and building repeat business through strong service, relevant ideas and measurable campaign outcomes.

What you'll be doing...

  • Demand Generation & Revenue Performance
    • Own direct relationships with DSP partners and deliver against agreed programmatic revenue targets.
    • Lead partner meetings, presentations and training that help DSP teams sell pDOOH and convert opportunities into spend.
    • Build and execute growth plans for each DSP, identifying new advertisers, campaign opportunities and routes to repeat investment.
    • Maintain a clear opportunity pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts for each DSP throughout the year.
    • Use Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) to review performance, demonstrate value and agree actions that grow future spend.
    • Develop test-and-learn plans with DSPs and their clients to build evidence of pDOOH’s impact and support further investment.
    • Coordinate opportunities with the wider demand team, sharing account intelligence and agreeing clear next steps.
    • Bring JCDecaux’s media, data, measurement and creative capabilities into partner conversations to answer client briefs and unlock demand.
    • Stay close to DSP priorities and developments across digital advertising and AdTech, using that insight to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Delivery
    • Work across JCDecaux teams to turn partner opportunities into effective proposals and well-delivered campaigns.
    • Take ownership of partner needs, coordinating internal support and following through on commitments.
    • Share insight, ideas and campaign learnings to strengthen the team’s commercial approach.
    • Contribute to a collaborative team culture, with openness to feedback and accountability for results.
    • Work with the Head of Programmatic Demand to align DSP activity with wider commercial priorities.
