What you'll be doing...
To develop professional relationships with poster specialists/agencies/clients, in order to ensure the smooth flow of business. Responsible for sales process from original option to booking on the system.
Impact
Communication
- Attendance at weekly sales meetings in order to be updated on recent sales department activity and to give update on any relevant issues e.g. option status
- Liaise with sales team members to ensure phones are covered throughout the working day
- Liaising with JCDecaux's market research team to ensure that Direct Sales are routinely updated on new and relevant research and consumer insight.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Work closely with team members, traffic and operations staff to ensure smooth running of campaign
- Liaise with team members for provision of after sales service
Sales support
- Helping to produce presentations, both internal and client facing
- Source, collate and analyse research to include in client presentations and proposals
- Conduct lead source generation for specified industries
- Source and input fresh leads daily to CRM.
- To initiate contact with cold / prospect clients and appoint thereby initiating the start of the sales process (when needed)
- Confirm details for relevant contact for prospective clients i.e. staff member who approves marketing
- Source 20 new business leads every day depending on the project
Administration
- Book campaigns on system when instructed
- Work with sales team members on production of presentations - sourcing material, photographs, printing and binding copies etc
- Option space according to instructions from team members and inform specialists/agencies/clients of status within defined time limits
- Be skilled on company database systems
- Rapid response in dealing with enquiries and requests from agencies/clients
- Awareness and knowledge of company products and services and clear understanding of benefits vs. competitors and other media
- Take charge of any corporate entertainment the group may plan and co-ordinate invitations, bookings, payment etc and chase where necessary
- Monitor systems to recommend improvements when appropriate
