What you'll be doing...
Work within strict time limits to option advertising space Book campaigns on our systems and deal with any related issues Work closely with others to ensure smooth running of campaigns Develop competency with bespoke company database system Provide rapid response to enquiries and requests from customers Work with your team to produce presentations and provide after sales service Take charge of corporate entertainment plans Build a knowledge of company products and services and their benefits Work with other team members to ensure phones are covered Focus efforts and time on the development and performance of the regional retail business.

Capabilities Communication and interpersonal skills Confident communication and presentation skills when speaking with all levels Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Motivation A self-starter with the ability to prioritise in order to achieve deadlines and maintain clients expectations Self-motivated and adaptable to work alone and be part of a team to support colleagues, share information and improve on best practices Previous experience working in a similar campaign or deadline driven environment would be an advantage The ability to use your initiative and a confident approach to decision making Organisational and administrative skills Strong numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail Fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft packages with an intermediate skill set in Excel Qualifications and Experience Ideally with some experience in media (and preferably digital and OOH media).
Previous experience using CRM systems to input data and produce reports would be an advantage Track record of performing as a key contributor within high performing teams Aptitude and desire to develop an understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market or the needs/challenges of assigned accounts Demonstrable capability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraints Numerate and articulate A little bit more about us...
