Senior Business Analyst – Finance & Business Transformation Time left to apply: End Date: June 30, 2025 (18 days left to apply) Job requisition id: JR101406 Within JCDecaux UK, the role of Senior Business Analyst Finance & Business Transformation (SBA-FBT) provides the company with a hybrid function delivering both business analysis and project management. The role is part of the Business Transformation department, within the Technology & Innovation division, reporting to the Business Transformation Director (BTD) and dotted line to the Chief Finance Officer. The role is the primary contact for the divisions it serves, capturing requirements for the Technical Solutions department and managing Business Analysts aligned to these divisions. It also represents the division in company-wide programs impacting the division. What you\’ll be doing… Business Analyst Specialisms & Division Alignment Finance & Business Transformation The SBA-FBT supports the CFO by delivering technological solutions aligned with strategic and tactical division plans. The role collaborates with senior division members to ensure system requirements are accurately captured and analyzed. Specific Skills Extensive experience supporting a finance function Experience supporting customer-facing support functions Qualifications Accountancy or advanced management accountancy qualifications, or significant experience in a finance function within a company or business unit with over £250m turnover Capabilities Business Analysis Work with stakeholders to scope requirements and design solutions Produce detailed service and functional specifications Study current practices and design improvements Gather information and evaluate output requirements Prepare technical reports and analyze trends Develop resource and cost estimates Conduct research to support strategic planning Develop business analyses and projections Perform ad hoc operational analyses Project Management Lead and control multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Manage financial aspects of IT projects Ensure project alignment with business needs Lead project teams and chair Change Control Board meetings as needed Stakeholder Management Build relationships with key business champions Manage meetings to review progress and prioritize requirements Communicate effectively at all levels Quality Management Promote continuous improvement Ensure SOP adherence and timely corrective actions Personal Attributes Good listening, adaptability, and suggestion skills Persuasion and negotiation skills Fluency in English; French desirable Highly motivated and organized Strong communication and analytical skills About you… Qualifications Business or IT education or relevant industry experience Business Analysis qualification and 3-5 years of experience About us… We value diversity and inclusion We foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture We promote learning and growth We are committed to equal employment opportunities We believe in giving back to our communities and reinvesting in social initiatives.
