We are looking for a creative and commercially minded In-House Designer to join our Brand & Client marketing team within the Out-of-Home (OOH) sector at our office in Paddington, London. Working closely with the Creative Director and Senior Designer, you will play a key role in creating high-performing social media and digital assets that showcase JCDecaux. You will also be working directly with the Marketing team to create pages and content for our Marketing hub and company website. This may include designing case studies, one pagers, infographics, newsletters, filming videos and animation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Creative Director in concept development, design execution, and campaign rollout.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Communications team to develop social media campaigns and performance-led digital content.
  • Create high-quality presentations, marketing collateral, and client-facing materials.
  • Prepare artwork to production-ready standards and liaise with suppliers where required.
  • Maintain brand consistency and contribute to the evolution of brand assets and templates.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Software Expertise:

Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, PowerPoint, Mailchimp, Canva, and any web CMS's such as Builder.io and Drupal would be beneficial.

Technical Capabilities:

A strong visual storyteller with a keen eye for detail. Commercially aware and confident designing for performance across social platforms. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Collaborative, proactive, and solutions focused. Passionate about design innovation within OOH and digital channels.
