Responsible for the successful preparation of campaigns, working with Specialists, Partners and Internal Stakeholders and supporting Campaign Managers to ensure individual client requirements are met and JCDecaux standards met.
What you\’ll be doing…
- High attention to detail to provide accurate administration and operational reporting.
- Delivering outstanding customer service by responding to and inputting client posting instructions.
- Working with Specialists, Partners and JCDecaux Operations to ensure all poster shortfalls are proactively investigated and addressed.
- Providing creative and posting instructions for our paper estate for both the print production and operations teams. Working with Campaign Managers to ensure clients requests are adhered to and reported accurately.
- Liaising with operations, print production and other partners to handle the pre campaign lifecycle, including late bookings and special requests, reporting any posting issues.
- Liaise with Incident Management Team to ensure operational quality is maintained in instances of damaged sites, vandalism etc.
- Monitoring Posting Performance and reporting non-compliance to Campaign Management to raise.
- Supporting digital go live checks.
- Digital copy chase.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong numeracy skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Comfortable using multiple systems in conjunction with each other
- Ability to use Excel to an intermediate level
- A self-starter with the ability to prioritise in order to achieve deadlines and maintain clients’ expectations
- Self-motivated and capability to both work alone and in a team to support colleagues, share information and improve on standard processes
- The ability to use your initiative and a confident approach to decision making
- Higher education preferable but not crucial
- Proven capability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraints
- Previous experience working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment would be an advantage
