The Partnership Manager – Airport plays a crucial role in this mission. You will be responsible for developing, managing and strengthening relationships with our key airport partners, ensuring seamless communication, operational excellence and best in class service across their organisations. Working closely with the Senior Partnership Manager and internal teams, you will help safeguard our commercial commitments, support new initiatives and champion the needs of our partners throughout the business.
What you’ll be doing...
As Partnership Manager – Airport, you’ll be the day‑to‑day contact for our airport partners, ensuring clear communication, operational excellence and best‑in‑class service across all environments. This role requires someone comfortable wearing many hats – supporting commercial activity, advising on operational matters, coordinating projects, interpreting performance data and assisting with marketing requests. Working closely with the Senior Partnership Manager and internal teams, you’ll help deliver our contractual commitments, monitor performance, identify opportunities and keep partners fully informed and engaged. Your blend of relationship management, commercial awareness and practical problem‑solving will help deliver exceptional value for our partners and for JCDecaux.
Productive Relationships – External
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with Airport operators across the UK
- Preparing and delivering monthly KPI and performance reports to each partner, ensuring transparency and a shared understanding of commercial progress
- Keeping partners informed by preparing content for regular meetings and maintaining clear, consistent communication
- Travelling regularly to Airport sites to build rapport, understand local nuances and strengthen long‑term engagement
Productive Relationships – Internal
- Sharing updates on key initiatives with internal teams and ensuring consistent communication with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Projects and Finance
- Working closely with the Projects team to support approvals, monitor new site installations and oversee experiential builds
- Reporting contractual requirements, partner requests and key insights back to the business to support decision‑making
- Collaborating with Partnership Managers across the UK to share best practice and deliver a unified, high‑quality partner experience
Proactive Approach
- Analysing sales performance and highlighting challenges or opportunities to the Sales team
- Travelling to Airport locations to identify and explore new opportunities with stakeholders and Sales colleagues
Day‑to‑Day Tasks
- Managing all aspects of the client or campaign approval process
- Managing internal and external Airport ID requests
- Handling partners’ marketing requests relating to JCDecaux Airport assets
- Responding to enquiries, coordinating meetings and leading site tours when required

Account Management
- Experienced in day‑to‑day account management, bringing together information, insight and stakeholder needs to deliver a cohesive partnership experience
Operational / Systems Expertise
- Strong analytical abilities and effective task‑management skills
- Confident presenter with solid financial analysis capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in relationship or partner management
- Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders
- OOH advertising experience is advantageous
